Our student employability readiness study engaged four key tertiary environments across Nigeria to capture regional diversity, demographic breadth, and varying academic resource models:
Methodology Note: NorthInsight field research is conducted completely independently. We did not officially survey or partner with the university administrations. Instead, our research directorate identified, vetted, and trained student peer enumerators enrolled within each institution. These student enumerators administered the questionnaire directly to their undergraduate and postgraduate peers, safeguarding respondent candor and academic independence.
